Terms of service
PartyMaker is a free app that helps a small group of friends know who's free to go out on a given evening. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the terms below.
1. Account and username
Account creation happens via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You pick a unique username when signing up. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple or Google account confidential.
2. Expected use
You agree to use the app in a friendly, private setting. The following are notably prohibited:
- impersonating another user;
- scraping other users' data outside of the app's normal operation;
- any attempt to bypass authentication or security mechanisms.
3. Groups
The owner of a group can invite, remove members, or delete the group at any time. The availability you publish is visible only to other members of the group concerned.
4. Service availability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. It may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or incidents, with no uptime commitment.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account in the app, or from the dedicated web page: delete my account. Deletion is permanent and erases all personal data concerning you (see the privacy policy).
6. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated. The last modification date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
